We are pleased to announce that Sudan Maccio (formerly of ENI) has joined McCullough Sudan as a partner. Mr. Maccio has over 22 years of experience as an attorney in the Oil and Gas industry, with a particular focus on business in Latin America. He started his career in Venezuela and has represented operators and oilfield services companies doing business in Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, Texas and Louisiana. Sudan Maccio recently served as Assistant General Counsel for Eni Petroleum (US subsidiary of Eni S.p.A, Italian multinational energy company, based in Houston), providing advice in offshore E&P operations in the Gulf of Mexico. His practice will focus on energy in general as well as cross border business with Mexico and Latin America.
Mr. Maccio adds to the McCullough Sudan depth in international business with Latin America, as well as mergers and acquisitions and energy. In addition, Maccio’s Spanish and Italian language skills will allow us to better serve clients doing business throughout the Western Hemisphere, as well as transatlantic business with Italy and Spain.
